As many of you know, this seasonal soup has been a fall favorite for many years. To guarantee that your order ships from the first batch, you may now pre-order your Superfood mushroom soup, which will start to ship the end of September.
Buyer beware...this is not the typical mushroom soup found in grocery stores!
This vegan and gluten free creamy soup is made with a variety of organic mushrooms to include Lion's Mane, Maitake, Reishi, and Shiitake. Its flavor is earthy with a hint of sweetness. In addition to the antioxidant packed mushrooms, this plant based soup is made with various raw organic nuts to include walnuts, almonds, cashews and pecans. An added benefit is the sodium content - mush less than traditional mushroom soups. As always, this soup is made with fresh produce in small kettles, and freeze dried fresh. We are proud to say that the majority of our Mushrooms are locally grown -- in Southern California.
This SOUP-er mmm-USHROOM soup is great as a gravy, in your favorite green bean casserole, in a vegetable stew - for flavor and as a thickener, or as the start to a fabulous Thanksgiving dinner.

Instructions will indicate if an OxyGuard or Silica Gel Packet needs to be removed. If there are questions, please call the number that is listed on the back of each soup pouch.
- Boil 4 oz (1/2 cup) of water - yes, actually measure it out,
- Add entire pouch of dry soup mix,
- Stir until re-hydrated (~1 Minute)
- Remove from heat, then enjoy!
The longer soup simmers, the thicker it becomes.
