This creamy vegan, gluten free soup is a lower acid (ph 5.28) tomato soup with a mild asparagus flavor accompanied with sweet tomatoes and a medley of fresh herbs. In addition to being a low calorie soup, Chia seeds provide high fiber, protein, and omega-3s.
We cook this MSG-free and dairy free tomato soup in small kettles and then freeze dry to preserve nutrients. Soups are great for vanlife, hiking, camping, the office, or just at home on a chilly night!

1.REMOVE & Discard (1) OxyGuard or Silica Gel Packet,
2.Boil 2 cups of water,
3.Add entire pouch of dry soup mix,
4.Stir until re-hydrated (3-4 Minutes)
5.Remove from heat, then enjoy!
The longer soup simmers, the thicker it becomes.
